Chomedey Seniors Club
Members of the Chomedey Seniors Club are pictured here at the home of Mrs. Althea Seaman, who graciously hosted a summer celebration that has now become a tradition. "I am very happy to welcome these fine people into my home for an afternoon of friendly conversation, light entertainment and some delectable culinary treats," says Mrs. Seaman, with her usual infectious enthusiasm. "It's my way of letting them know that I appreciate their friendship and their efforts to provide quality services to the seniors of Chomedey and Laval," she adds.

Congregation Shaar Shalom
Gloria and Steven Kadanoff and Jeff Klein express their thanks and appreciation to the community for their support of the August 5th bazaar. "We surpassed our objective by a comfortable margin," Mr. Klein told Courrier Laval Weekly News. "Everyone who came enjoyed a terrific bargain," Mr. Klein added. Members, friends and the community-at-large are invited to an information meeting, Aug. 22, 2007, Young Israel of Chomedey, at 7:30 P.M.
