Call and recall

Can You help? Some local families need help providing school supplies for their children for the upcoming school year. If you can help please bring items to the church, 899 Chomedey Blvd. or call Agape (450) 686-4333. Needed: pencils (HB only), pens, coloured pencils; wax crayons; binders; erasers; pencil sharpeners; copy books; loose leaf sheets; note books; Hi-Liters, metric rulers, school glue, glue sticks, scissors, locks, construction paper, duo-tangs.

Opening meeting, Sept. 5, 2007: Kosher wine tasting. There will be wine for purchase, just in time for the High Holidays. Young Israel of Chomedey Synagogue, 1025 Elizabeth, 7:30 pm. Refreshments served. Prospective members welcome to attend. More info: Sheila Kirstenberg, (450) 688-6324.
