As a resident of Duvernay since 1987, I have been a keen participant in the community in various sport activities and neighborhood events. We have established our roots here and have been conscious of the needs within our schools. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, working for a major communications corporation and fast food industry. Along with being a caregiver to my children, I have had the opportunity to get involved in numerous programs in my children’s respective schools, both at the elementary and high school levels. I have taken an interest in the English educational system and would like to be more involved in regards to serving the English-speaking parents of Duvernay and to provide a nurturing environment so that each child can prosper to attain academic success for occupational success.
