Commissioners

You can trust my four decades of experience in the public school system, as teacher, in-school administration, school board director. Resident of Vimont for 27 years, I am well-anchored in the community. I have served two terms as Parent Commissioner (Saint Paul School) and one term as Commissioner in the Les Ecores School Board and coached baseball and soccer teams. I have served on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations: Vanier College, Directors of English Schools, Quebec Minor Soccer Association, president of the National Congress of Italian Canadians and President of the East End Teachers Association. My goal is to provide schools with the resources to locally achieve the objectives set in their Success Plans: addressing needs in school financing, textbooks, libraries, computers, 2nd and 3rd language instruction, services for special needs students and establishing a Green Plan to reduce energy costs.
