The fun and pleasure of preserving cultural and linguistic roots

Pictured here are a group of happy children from the PICAI Program of Italian Courses presently taking place at Laval Junior High School in Chomedey. These children, seen here with Director Romolo Chiarella, are part of a larger group that weekly revisits their Italian origins with the help of qualified and quality teachers who provide exciting learning experiences for children of Italian descent ranging in age from kindergarten to senior high school. As well, the Centre also offers course for adults, in an atmosphere that responds to the needs of learners from 'beginners' to 'intermediate'. Partly funded by the Italian Government through PICAI, the Program is easily affordable for families who wish to put their children in touch with their precious Latin-Italian roots.
