Community news valued and appreciated

Dear Mr. Fasciano,

I would like to thank you and Courrier Laval, Bilingual Edition, for the excellent job you continue to do in promoting community events in the Chomedey area. Your newspaper always has interesting and important articles, but I must admit that the first item I turn to is the Community News section of the paper. Your extensive coverage of the activities of the various clubs and organizations lets me know what's going on in my area and I find this of great value. Seniors especially should value this information because it provides a choice of activities, from the informative, the entertaining, and through to the more active events. We know it is important for seniors to leave the confines of their homes and to socialize in the community environment. Your coverage of local events leaves no room for excuses for people to stay home because they have nowhere to go.

Thanks for the great publicity the Courrier Laval, Bilingual Edition provides for my own organization, the Chomedey Seniors Club, and for the other groups active in our area.
