As a young engineer he worked on the first series of Canadian satellites in the early 1960's, and as a seasoned engineer at Spar Aerospace he worked on the CanadArm for the U.S. space station. Concurrently he has worked as a professor at Dawson College preparing new generations of young electronic technicians and budding engineers. Adding a degree in Business Administraiton on the way, Mr. Slaven's areas of interest and knowledge have extended into the world of business and finance as well.

7th annual Holiday Community Breakfast, Fri. Dec. 19, 7:00 am-9:30 am, followed by entertainment, sports, movie, and much more, from 9:30 am-11:30 am, at 3200 Souvenir West, Laval. Meet students and staff who will be collecting food and donations for the AGAPE organization. All members of the community invited. $5 in support of reach-out programs. Breakfast cooked and served by students and staff.
