Laval Black Community Association

President and coordinator of the Laval Black Community Association, Althea Seaman, is pleased to encourage anyone and everyone to attend a Celebration of Brotherhood on Sunday, September 7th, from 11 am, at St. Noël Chabanel Parish, 8560 rue de l’Église. The event begins with a multicultural mass and a benediction of youth with their school bags, followed by music, animation and a number of community kiosks between noon and 5:00 pm. And, in keeping with the meaning of community celebration, there will also be a corn roast, hot dogs, soft drinks and desserts.
