Toy drive for Agape: Please leave your new toys in the box near the main doors of the Church for the poor children of Laval. This project is initiated by young Vanessa Zaurrini of the parish for the 7th consecutive year. Street Hockey Tournament: All youth aged 12 to 20 are invited to join weekly practices after the 11 o'clock Mass. The annual parish Christmas concert and pageant takes place Sunday, December 13, 2-5 p.m. Lots of talent, lots of fun. Don’t miss it! Can you help? "I was hungry and you gaver me to eat!" The parish Food Bank’s stock of canned goods and other non-perishables is low. If you can spare something, please leave it in the basket inside the main doors of the church. If you prefer to donate money that will help stock the Food Bank pantry, just mail it in or drop it in the “Poor Box” at the back of the church. Those in need are grateful for your help, especially during these hard economic times.

Bathed in winter's light, Holy Name of Jesus Church beckons parishioners (and friends) to be generous with their food donations, to stave off difficult times for those in need. It will indeed be a hard winter for many 'have nots', if those that have don't share.
